Vibration Monitoring
Use case
Client had a requirement to monitor electic motors (pumps & fans) for excessive or significant movement, and also to use the recorded data to assist in forecasting issues with the motors before any actual failures occur.
For this project we used the ATEX rated version of this sensor

We proided the following interface, showing a general overview of all recorded data for the previous 24h, with the abaility to drill down to a specific set of readings for further analysis
Selecting a specific measurement, in this case ‘Kurtosis’, shows the data full screen. A longer period of historical data was selected for this view, approx. 18 months is displayed here, allowing the end user to view subtle changes over time that are not obvious from numbers alone.
